Steps to register:

1. Click here to go to the NVA website.
2. Click on "Subscriber Registration" on the right side of the page.
3. Fill out the information required on the page. (Date of birth must be entered as mm/dd/yyyy with the slashes.)
4. Click on submit. You will receive a message thanking you for the registration and you will be advised to check the email account you signed up
    with on the website to complete your registration.
5. Open the email and click on "Continue Registration."Verify account information and then click "I Agree" if you agree.
6. You will be prompted to choose a username and password. Also, you must confirm the password and choose a security question should you
    forget your password. Click submit and your account is done being setup.
 

Steps to Finding Providers After Registering

1. Click here to go to the NVA website.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Click on the link on the left side of the page that says, "Find A Provider."
4. You can search by city and state or by zip code with a 30-mile radius.
