1)     Complete Long Term and Miscellaneous Goals.

·        Evaluate budget for cost saving measures.

·        Implement the Community Based Four Year Old Kindergarten Program efficiently and effectively.

·        Implement the Chinese Language Program efficiently and effectively. 

2)     Exceed state average of state standardized testing.

·        Evaluate curricular strengths and weaknesses in all core areas

(Reading/Language arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Writing).

3)     Raise community awareness, along with parental involvement, and support of educational needs and issues.

·        Examine ways to raise awareness and support for our school district.

·        Celebrate new facilities and programs with all school district stakeholders.

4)     Focus on Facility Issues.

·        Use efficient and effective management practices to provide quality and value during the construction and remodeling efforts at the elementary school and middle school.

·        Improve the outside appearance of school facilities using student and classroom resources where appropriate.

·        Continue to address district wide facility needs and outdoor space issues.

·        Develop a comprehensive school forest plan.
