2010-2011 BOARD PRIORITIES
1) Evaluate the budget and implement cost saving measures in anticipation of reductions in state support in the state’s 2011-13 biennial budget.
2) Provide School Board Support for Student Achievement Efforts by:
ØRepresentative participation on the Curriculum and Standards Committee
ØReviewing and monitoring the student achievement goals and work plans
ØProviding necessary materials and resources for student learning programs
ØHolding school personnel accountable for student learning results
3) Promote Community Partnerships
ØThe school district will continue to focus on community partnerships by looking to grow current partnerships and fostering new opportunities.
4) Implement improvements to athletic facilities as recommended by community organizations.
