Hello Everyone!
I teach 4th and 5th grade physical education at Mosinee Middle School, as well as adapted physical education throughout the district.
In class, we stay on the move. Students participate in activities such as Jump Rope for Heart, Hoops for Heart, Lumberjack Day (square dancing). Students enjoy swimming, Fitnessgram fitness testing, track and field, cooperative games, health related activities, team activities, and get to use pedometers and heart rate monitors.
Outside of school, I enjoy being outdoors, hunting, fishing, water skiing, snowmobiling, riding motorcycles, and more!
