Welcome!
Welcome to Wellness Education! “Lifetime Fitness” is the goal for our wellness education department here at Mosinee High School. In 2003 we received a federal Physical Education for Progress (PEP) grant that helped move our curriculum from the old into the new; focusing on lifetime fitness activities. Many things such as the fitness room & weight room equipment, climbing wall, kayaks, rollerblades, mountain bikes, heart rate monitors and pedometers would not have been reality without the PEP grant. We offer a variety of courses and activities so that all students can find enjoyment in being physically active and realize the importance of being physically fit.

In my previous occupation I was a photographer which is now a hobby that I enjoy as well as golfing, kayaking and working out in the fitness room after school.
