Welcome to Mrs. Melander's 7th and 8th grade mathematics classroom page!

I have been a mathematics teacher in the Mosinee School District for 8 years.  After growing up in the Wausau area, I attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and earned my Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education (1-8), with a mathematics minor (1-9).  I have also recently earned my Master's of Science Degree in Education with an emphasis in School Counseling.  I've enjoyed mathematics since my own days of middle school, and work to instill that passion in my students as well.  I look forward to sharing in your mathematics experience this year, and can't wait to watch your mathematical knowledge grow!
