Greetings, Mosinee Families!
I am honored and excited to serve my third year as Principal of Mosinee High School (MHS). It is truly a privilege to be a part of an environment where the community, teachers and students care for each other and strive to build positive relationships that support academic and social growth.
MHS serves students in grades 9 through 12, guiding, teaching and assisting about 670 students to be better prepared for college and future career aspirations. Our staff consists of over 90 dedicated, passionate educators and support staff who believe that all students can and will learn when we provide them with positive relationships, rigorous curriculum and engaging educational experiences.
It is our mission to help every student feel welcomed, connected, and a part of our Mosinee High family. Additionally, we strive to challenge each student to grow in his or her academic abilities with an emphasis on college or career readiness by the end of their high school experience. We believe that all students should graduate from high school prepared for the demands of postsecondary education, meaningful careers and effective citizenship.
At Mosinee High School, we have great teachers who spend hours planning and creating classroom activities to engage our students in rigorous learning. Our teachers utilize research-based best practices and consistently analyze academic data to determine current skill levels and to set goals for growth and improvement.
In an effort to keep our students and families connected with important district and school information, our MHS website contains an immense amount of helpful information, including MHS activities and upcoming events. Additionally, we take full advantage of social media to send updates and announcements throughout the year to families and students. Follow MHS on Facebook (Mosinee High School) and/or Twitter (@MosineeHS) for up-to-date information.
Please feel free to contact me at 715-659-2550 or firstname.lastname@example.org with any of your questions and/or concerns.
Thank you all for allowing me to serve your families this year.
