Counseling
The school counselor works directly with students individually, in small groups, and in the classroom. The counselor consults with parents, teachers, school administrators, and other professional and community service providers in a cooperative effort to meet the needs of students.
Our school counseling program provides services through the following:

- Individual Student Planning: Advisement, goal setting and decision-making, academic planning, placement, referral and follow-up, career planning, and transition planning.
- Responsive Services: Individual and small group counseling, individual/family/school crisis intervention, peer facilitation, consultation/collaboration and referrals.
- System Support: Professional development, consultation, collaboration and teaming, community outreach, program management and operation.
