1. The staff member who requires a volunteer will email their need for a specific volunteer to the Human Resources Coordinator. Include contact information such as name, email and phone number of the volunteer. This should be done at least one month prior to the expected requirement.
2. Human Resources will send an email to the volunteer with the following on-boarding requirements and will include the requesting staff member and the principal in their email:
- All volunteer applicants must complete a Volunteer Application and Agreement form.
- All volunteer applicants must complete a background check.
- All volunteer applicants must pass a Drug Screening administered by Aspirus Occupational Health, 715-847-2812.
Note to Volunteer: Please call to make an appointment with Aspirus Occupational Health indicating you will be a volunteer of the Mosinee School District. This appointment will be paid by the Mosinee School District.
- If driving a vehicle is involved, applicants must complete a School Bus or Alternative Vehicle License Information Request form.
3. Human Resources will review all results to determine if the volunteer is suitable to work in a school environment. If issues arise, Human Resources will contact the volunteer to get more information.
4. Human Resources will email the volunteer, staff member and principal of approval when requirements are completed and cleared.
