Mosinee School District - Fitness Center

The Mosinee Strength & Fitness Center is open to all Mosinee School District community members – FREE of charge!

Including: Mosinee School District Students (*restrictions apply), Athletes/Teams, Staff & Community Members

*Mosinee School District Students Age Requirements: Students enrolled in 6th grade or below are NOT allowed in the fitness center at any time. 7th and 8th grade students MUST take the weight training class in their PE class, BEFORE using the facility outside of school hours.

Mosinee Strength & Fitness Center Hours

School Year Hours

Monday - Thursday: 3:30pm-4:30pm

Designated Staff Member or Supervisor MUST be present at all times the facility is in use. Jeremy Zulenger will be covering all the hours.

The fitness center will be CLOSED on the following days:

Saturdays and Sundays
Non-school days
Early release days
Inservice Days
Winter break
Spring break

The facility is protected by 24-hour surveillance. No one is allowed to walk throughout the building(s) during non-school hours without an administrator's permission.

Fitness Center Rules

A designated staff member or supervisor MUST be present at ALL times the facility is in use.
You MUST be in proper workout clothing including shorts or sweatpants with elastic or drawstring waist. NO jeans or jean shorts or snap/buckle shorts. These are NOT allowed due to damage to benches and other equipment.
ONLY clean athletic shoes can be worn. NO street shoes, sandals, flip-flops, hiking shoes, boots or socks/bare feet.
You must be in proper workout clothing including shorts or sweat pants with elastic or drawstring waist.
NO FOOD, GUM, or DRINKS (EXCEPT WATER) are allowed at anytime in fitness room.
All equipment MUST be put back in its place after use. Failure to do so will result in loss of usage.

Anyone in violation of these policies will be asked to leave the fitness center.

Student Restrictions
