MHS provides seniors two free official transcripts to be mailed to the school of their choice when applying to college.
Please see or email Mrs. Wesenick if you would like to take advantage of this benefit.
Once Seniors have utilized their two free transcripts, or if they prefer to have more tracking ability of the request, an order with Parchment is needed. Parchment will walk through requesting the transcript step-by-step. There is a $4.90 fee per record.
Note: It is wise to use a personal email when setting up this account as your school email will expire shortly after graduation.
Currently, the UW system is accepting un-official transcripts for college admission when they are posted to your electronic application. You can request a PDF of your transcript by seeing or emailing Mrs. Wesenick in Student Services.
One final official transcript will be mailed in early June to the school of the graduating student's choice. Please watch for the Google Form that serves as the request and permission to release these records. If a request is not received by June 6th, a Parchment request will need to be made.
