Description: Students read books and come together, usually in groups, to demonstrate their abilities and to test their knowledge of the books they have read.
Grades: 4th & 5th
Meeting Day/Time: Mondays during lunch

Description: Students learn the basics of dramatic theater and perform for an audience in the spring.  Auditions are typically held in December.
Grades: 6th - 8th
Meeting Day/Time: 3:15pm - 5:00pm – Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, typically in January and February

Description: Students volunteer during their TA or MVP time a few times each week to stock and organize the school food pantry.

Description: Fishing Club is based on the idea of developing and making friends with students that have the same interests.  Our goal is to provide a supervised environment where like minded students can have fun fishing and learning new ways to catch fish.
Grades: 4th - 8th
Meeting Day/Time: Thursdays, from 3:15 pm - 4:30 pm. A schedule with specific dates and locations will be provided at the beginning of the year.

Description: Jazz band provides students with a positive musical experience and solid foundation in jazz music.
Grades: 7th & 8th band students

Description: SilverBlades supports, encourages and provides training for the aspiring figure skater.

Description: Ski & Snowboard Club provides students the opportunity to ski and/or snowboard at Granite Peak.  Tranportation is provided.  Ski and Snowboard packages are available.

Description: Band and choir students participate in solos, duets and trios at the District competition.

Description: As a Representative on Student Senate, you will be expected to: attend regular Student Senate meetings, serve on Student Senate committees, work at and support Student Senate functions and events, and represent the needs and the concerns of your classmates.
